Every advertiser wants to see the numbers.  The number of unique visitors to our site for a 30 minute period is always viewable on our front page, in the top right section that is titled, "Who's Online".  To compute the average number of unique visitors for the day, that number must be multiplied by 48, because there are 48 30-minute periods every day.  So, on a slow day, we might average 250 visitors in a 30 minute period, which would average to 12,000 unique readers for that day.  On a good day, we can average 650 readers (or more) per 30 minute period, which would average 31,200 unique visitors for that day.
