Every year we try to warn our readers that all artificial Christmas trees, Christmas lights, and a huge portion of the imported toys seep lead dust. The manufacturers of trees and lights give bogus justifications for intentionally adding lead, when safer materials such as calcium could be substituted.
For this topic, there is no reason to duplicate our past work, so we shall cite our previous stories instead of making another lengthy article. Be advised that cadmium is now appearing in toys from China, which appears to be a method of continuing the poisoning, despite more aggressive lead testing. They may add as much cadmium as they like, because it is not tested for, or even regulated, despite its extreme toxicity. It is difficult to chelate cadmium out of a body.
Don't fool yourself, China is still an evil empire, and it is preparing the next generation of Americans to be sickly, dumbed-down, and easily conquerable. We strongly suggest shopping online to find products that are made in America, or other reputable nations.
