Part I: Text and Graphics Redistribution
Article text and audio programming from NaturallyGoodMagazine.com, HealthWyze.org, and The Health Wyze Report are jointly copyrighted by Sarah Cain and Thomas Corriher, except for works conspicuously attributed to other authors. Permission to redistribute media from the aforementioned sources is hereby granted provided that:
- The work is not from a 3rd party, such as a guest columnist or commentator (without permission).
- Proper attribution is given to the original author(s), in all publicly viewable copies and republications.
- All derived works provide a clickable U.R.L. (address) to this site, if feasible, or a non-clickable address for plain text, voice, and other non-H.T.M.L. versions. (ie. http://HealthWyze.org)
- All edits are conspicuously noted, except for minor grammatical corrections.
- We have not sent a request for content removal for the content in question, or a general request that you do not redistribute our content.
Here is an ideal example of a proper attribution with a clickable U.R.L.:

Please make the link clickable whenever possible.
Part II: Video and Audio Presentation Redistribution
All shows and presentations produced by The Health Wyze Report may be freely copied, modified, shared, and redistributed in any media formats so long as the following conditions are met.
- You must immediately comply with our wishes if a staff member of The Health Wyze Report sends a notice ordering you to destroy your copies of our presentations and discontinue distributing them.
- You may not remove any branding information or information about the authorship of our media, so that we are always conspicuously given credit for our work.
- If our media is included into a web site or is derived into other forms for public redistribution, then our contribution to such work(s), in whole, or in part, must be conspicuously cited alongside our media. (Example: "This includes media from The Health Wyze Report at http://healthwyze.org".) If at all possible, a clickable link is required, otherwise a text link will suffice.
- If you edit a Health Wyze Report presentation, then you must cite that you made edits conspicuously on all derived versions, unless such edits are merely the act of removing excerpts. Regardless of the reason for editing, or for excerpt extraction, we still require attribution for our content as cited in the above paragraph.
Summary
As long as our work is not corrupted or abused, and so long as we are given proper credit for our work, we generally encourage the sharing of our work. Please share our work, but do it in an ethical manner.
Despite our openness and desire to share, our policies do not implicitly confer our copyrights to other parties. Unless special arrangements are made, we reserve the right to request removal of content derived from media produced by The Health Wyze Report if we deem its use elsewhere is harmful or grossly inappropriate. We also reserve the right to permanently ban specific individuals, groups, and organizations from redistributing our media.
With all of that legalize behind us, let's save some people!
