Burrito and Fajita Shells
Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose unbleached flour
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder (aluminum free)
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 8 tsp. extra-virgin cold-pressed olive oil
  • 1 cup warm milk


Directions

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and oil together in a bowl.

  2. Slowly add the warm milk.

  3. Stir until a loose sticky dough is formed.

  4. Knead for 2 minutes on a floured surface until dough is firm and soft.

  5. Place in a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes.

  6. Break into 8 sections, roll into balls.

  7. Roll each ball to approximately 8 inches in diameter.

  8. Fry on high for 20-30 seconds on each side.
