Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose unbleached flour
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder (aluminum free)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 8 tsp. extra-virgin cold-pressed olive oil
- 1 cup warm milk

Directions
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt and oil together in a bowl.
- Slowly add the warm milk.
- Stir until a loose sticky dough is formed.
- Knead for 2 minutes on a floured surface until dough is firm and soft.
- Place in a bowl, and cover with plastic wrap for 20 minutes.
- Break into 8 sections, roll into balls.
- Roll each ball to approximately 8 inches in diameter.
- Fry on high for 20-30 seconds on each side.
