- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 tsp. sea salt
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 tsp. white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- Kneed ingredients together for 3 minutes.
- Cover and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
- Separate the dough into small balls.
- Roll them into thin patties of the desired size.
- Place them into a skillet over medium heat and cook until bubbles appear. Flip over to brown the other side.
