• 2 cups flour
  • 12 tsp. sea salt
  • 34 cup water
  • 14 tsp. white vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil


  1. Kneed ingredients together for 3 minutes.
  2. Cover and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Separate the dough into small balls.
  4. Roll them into thin patties of the desired size.
  5. Place them into a skillet over medium heat and cook until bubbles appear. Flip over to brown the other side.
