Returns and Refunds
Books and Personal Care Items
We do not normally issue refunds or accept returns for books or personal care items. We shall, however, send replacements for products that do not arrive. In the special cases wherein we decide to accept returns for such items, a 25% restocking fee is deducted from the refunds, and the decision to accept returned items for a refund is completely at our discretion. We also reserve the right to make a rare exception and issue a 100% refund, without requiring the return of items or a restocking fee, as we deem appropriate. Therefore, dissatisfied customers should thoughtfully explain their grievances to us, so that we may consider whether a remedy should be offered. Shipping is always non-refundable.
Health Wyze Antiperspirant
We never accept returns or issue refunds for our antiperspirant product. Sorry, but this product somehow attracts the crazies. We shall reship the product if it does not arrive.
We cannot guarantee that CBD oil will work for everyone. We cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken on the bottles. Returns for sealed, unopened CBD will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Wrongly-sized or wrongly-colored apparel can be returned for an exchange. Apparel items do not have restocking fees. Contact us about the shipping, because apparel items must be shipped back to our vendor, instead of our home base. We shall provide free shipping to the appropriate location once contact is made.
H.W. Brew (Health Wyze Brew)
Before requesting a refund for brew orders, be reminded of these usage rules:
- Use only 1 teaspoon of brew per cup (It's stronger than people expect).
- Brew it and always filter it, as with a standard, drip coffee maker.
- Flavor it exactly as you would with coffee, including cream and sugar.
- Drink while hot, because the flavor changes significantly when it is cold.
We shall provide a partial refund for unopened bags of the brew product, with the following terms. The bags of returned brew must not be opened, pierced, torn, or be so damaged that there might be a contamination risk. Return them safety-sealed, as they were when received, in other words. Upon the return of satisfactorily preserved brew, a 75% refund of the items' cost will be issued. The customer must pay for the shipping in both directions and a 25% restocking fee.
We do not sell try-before-buy items, and customer satisfaction is not guaranteed. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse refunds to people who are rude or threatening. Shipping costs are always non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by a mistake on our part, or the courier did not deliver the package in good condition.
