Returns and Refunds

General Considerations for all Products

We do not sell try-before-buy items, and customer satisfaction is not guaranteed. Therefore, it would be wise to be honest and respectful when negotiating a return or refund. Shipping costs are usually non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by a mistake on our part, or the courier did not deliver the package in acceptable condition.

Books

Books are non-refundable. Contact us if you feel that special circumstances merit relief of some kind.

Colloidal Copper Lotion, Byte Back Itch Remover, and the Dental Cleanser

We do not normally issue refunds or accept returns for these personal care items. We shall, however, send replacements for products that do not arrive. In the special cases wherein we decide to accept returns for such items, a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from the refunds, and the decision to accept returned items for a refund is completely at our discretion.

Health Wyze Antiperspirant

We never accept returns or issue refunds for our antiperspirant product. Sorry, but this product somehow attracts the crazies. We shall reship the product if it does not arrive.

H.W. Brew (Health Wyze Brew)

We shall provide a refund for unopened bags of the product, with the following terms. The bags of the returned product must not be opened, pierced, torn, or be so damaged that there could be a contamination risk. Return them safety-sealed, as they were when received, in other words. Upon the return of a satisfactorily-preserved product bag, a 75% refund of the item's cost will be issued. (The restocking fee is 25%.)

Before requesting a refund or return for brew orders, be reminded of these usage tips:

  • Use only 1 teaspoon of brew per cup (It's stronger than people expect).
  • Brew it and always filter it, as with a standard, drip coffee maker.
  • Flavor it exactly as you would with coffee, including cream and sugar.
  • Drink it whilst it is hot, because the flavor changes significantly when it is cold.

We shall provide a partial refund for unopened bags of the product, with the following terms. International Orders (Outside the United States)

Packages held by customs in the destination country are not eligible for refunds. Please see the Delivery Information page for more information.
