Bee, Wasp, and Hornet Stings
If a stinger is left embedded in the body, then remove it as soon as possible. This should be the first step. Use whatever tools are immediately available to dig it out. You could use a knife, credit card, pliers, tweezers, or a needle. Sterilize the tool if possible, but do not waste time. For maximum absorption, clean the area with soap and water before applying remedies, otherwise the oils on the skin will repel them.

A new study has found that some anemia drugs, given to over 50% of patients who undergo chemotherapy, massively increases their chance of having deadly blood clots. Chemotherapy often causes anemia, along with a variety of other conditions which are the symptoms of pharmaceutically-induced malnutrition, and poisoning. After undergoing chemotherapy, most people can never live normally again. Recovering cancer patients have intentionally induced, potentially fatal drug addictions; for they are forced to take large arrays of pharmaceuticals to hide the symptoms that were created by chemotherapy poisoning for the remainder of their lives. These cancer victims are the core profit-makers for the pharmaceutical cartel. The companies involved reap massive rewards from cancer victims shortly before their deaths. It is a very nice financial arrangement for them, that is, until they inevitably kill their cash cow.

Cutting for Fun, Profits, and Giggles: Surgically Removing the Appendix, Tonsils, and Spleen
According to the World Health Organization, the United States is ranked 38th in life expectancy, indicating that its standard medical practices are inferior to Cuba, South Korea, Costa Rica, Guadeloupe, Singapore, and 31 other nations. The U.S. system of medicine is only slightly superior to the Czech Republic and Slovenia, despite the U.S. spending approximately 16% of its total expenditures every year for health related expenses. Standard medicine in the U.S. is the world's most expensive, and yet it is among the least safe.
Dishonest Food Labeling Targeting the Health Conscious: Understanding What "Organic" and "All-Natural" Really Mean

Consumer groups have been battling with regulators for consistent labeling for almost two decades, and yet current labeling has been largely defined by lawsuits, instead of regulatory guidelines. In the case of "all natural", the F.D.A. has intentionally left the phrase completely undefined for the benefit of its corporate partners. In 1993, the F.D.A. did not recommend any definition of the term in its Nutrition Labeling and Education Act, "because of resource limitations and other agency priorities". The Food and Drug Administration's thousands of employees were too busy to type the word "natural" during the year leading up to the Bill's passage. They were so hard-working.
Why You Should Use Apple Cider Vinegar Instead of Antacids and Baking Soda for Indigestion

Almost everything you have been told about heartburn, indigestion, and common stomach ailments is wrong. Indigestion is not caused by excess acid in the stomach, nor is acid reflux. In fact, the worst treatment for these problems is taking an antacid, whether prescribed or not.
Being acidic is the natural state of the stomach, so there is no such thing as an excess of acid or acid buildup regarding the stomach. It is like claiming that the lungs suffer from excess oxygen, or the blood has an excess of red cells. Attempting to neutralize stomach acid to treat an uneasy stomach is as wise as treating an excess of blood cells with leeches. Both cases are demonstrations of using poor medicine to treat only the symptoms of non-existent medical conditions, of which the establishment either cannot accurately diagnose, or it is too unprofitable to do so.
New Details In The Kurt Danysh Antidepressant Murder

The Kurt Danysh case is one that we have covered repeatedly, both in Naturally Good Magazine, and on this website. For those who have missed our articles, Kurt is currently incarcerated for fatally shooting his beloved father. This happened just 17 days after his first dose of Prozac. There was no motive for the crime, and his character changed dramatically in the days leading up to this tragic event. He has since been proven by D.N.A. testing to be unable to metabolize Prozac properly. None of this information was available to him at the time of his trial in 1996.
We have had several encounters with District Attorney Jason Legg, of Susquehanna County, PA; whereby he has attempted to convince us that Kurt is guilty, and that antidepressants did not play a role in the murder, and that the court's further drugging of Kurt did not influence his "confession".
What's It Going to Take to Lock Up Drug Company Execs?

A recent article in the New England Journal of Medicine reveals the shocking extent of how corrupt drug companies are.
"Laws are like cobwebs, which may catch small flies, but let wasps and hornets break through."
-- Jonathan Swift
After reading "The Neurontin Legacy -- Marketing through Misinformation and Manipulation" in the January 8, 2009 issue of the New England Journal of Medicine, one may conclude that (1) America's prisons would be put to better use incarcerating drug company executives instead of pot smokers, and (2) society may need a return of public scorn via the pillory for those doctors who are essentially drug-company shills.
Drug-company corruption of American medicine is of course not news. What is news is that such corruption has become so egregious, so transparent, and so embarrassing that the New England Journal of Medicine, perhaps the most influential American medical journal, is now stating that "drastic action is essential to preserve the integrity of medical science and practice and to justify public trust."
When Healthcare Comes With Six Figure Partnerships With Coca Cola Corporation

People who turn to alternative medicine are often ridiculed by doctors and mainstream media outlets, because supposedly "alternative medicine is not scientific". However, increasingly, we can see that conventional medicine is not driven by science, but by profits, and politics. The American Academy of Family Physicians (A.A.F.P.) now has a six-figure partnership with the Coca Cola corporation.
The two groups intend on creating a special "AAFP Recommended" soft drink, which will be a "healthy" alternative. The Coke-a-Cola corporation has an amazing history of deception in the health products industry. Take for instance, their bastardized version of Gatorade, called Poweraid. Just read the ingredients of this supposedly healthy sports drink, and let them speak volumes about the corporation's integrity. While they have been poisoning us, they've also been laughing all the way to the bank. I suppose that none of us can ever get enough benzene, aspartame, mind-altering phenylalanine, and sulfuric acid based high-fructose corn syrup in our diets -- you know -- for health. The phenylalanine is also known to cause marked elevation of insulin, which will overdrive the pancreas of diabetics to worsen the disease (or cause diabetes in pre-diabetics). Those folks at Coke-a-Cola must have big hearts.

If you love extreme taxation, governmental control of your personal life, and bureaucracies, then you'll absolutely love Pelosi's new health bill. Those of you in-the-know (who have been watching events carefully) will notice that none of it 'reforms' anything about the current system. The pending statutes are clearly intended to funnel even more money into this corrupt system, and they will force citizens to obediently obey official 'health policies', as the policies of the A.M.A. become official governmental health policies, with the full force of law. This is entirely about power and money, and our freedom is once again imperiled by the power elites. What they call "reform" is merely the trashy cousin of CODEX that is meant to finish-off alternative and natural medicine, and make all of us subjects of the system. This is not the America I grew to love.
Here is my favorite part: "Demonstration program providing reimbursement for culturally and linguistically appropriate services". Hold on. I heard that the new health care system was not intended for the benefit of illegal aliens. You don't think they could have been lying, do you?

Everything that most people think they know about sunscreen and sunshine is wrong, and part of a clever marketing campaign designed to benefit large industry at our expense. These lies may be putting you on a collision course with cancer. These same corporations have been chemically medicating women through cosmetics for years without their knowledge, consent, and with very little governmental oversight.
Transdermal Medication
The use of patches that are placed onto the skin to administer drugs has become increasingly common in modern medicine. It is recognized that many compounds enter into the bloodstream unaltered through this method of medication. Medication by skin absorption bypasses the digestive system; making medications more potent. These patches are often marketed to people who have difficulty taking large or foul-tasting pills.
