Do you get tired of being lied to? We do. It is perpetually astounding how deceptive the health industry is, and its deceptions often have murderous consequences in the long term. Sometimes we feel like giving up in this health information war, but knowing that we have readers relying on us for the truth keeps us going, despite the nauseating charades that we must wade through to find the truth.
Being advertised everywhere on the Internet is Nozin Nasal Sanitizer. It is another chemical product cunningly being purporting as scientifically validated, and inferred to be natural. We've heard these before, and any doubts about the truthfulness of these claims can easily be verified by the difficulty in finding the ingredients list. Why would they hide the ingredients of this "safe", "scientifically proven", and "homeopathic" product? Feel free to take the 'Find The Ingredients Challenge' at their website, which will eventually remind you of the old 'how to keep an idiot busy for hours challenges.
Curing The Blistering Skin Condition Known As Milia

What Is Milia?
Milia is a skin condition that can happen to anyone at any time in life. It is most often seen in newborns, and it can be expected to rapidly disappear in these cases. The biggest problem with milia occurring in infancy is calming panicked parents, who do not know how harmless and temporary it is. Milia may not be so temporary when adults get it. In fact, these unsightly blister-like bumps can sometimes be permanent for adults without intervention.
Milia visibly manifests in tiny blister-like protrusions on the skin. This condition can occur in anyone, regardless of age, sex, or race. The type seen in infants usually disappears over a brief period, but the adult version can be a long term cosmetic problem. This condition is not dangerous, and it is officially unknown if there is a relationship to another underlying condition. Milia is one of the most misunderstood of all health conditions, but in itself, appears harmless by all reports.

Celiac disease effects about 3,000,000 people in the United States, and it becomes more prevalent each year. As with practically all modern epidemics, lifestyle and diet are very closely related to it.
Celiac disease needs not be as horrible as the medical establishment portrays it to be. It is easily treatable and completely curable, with minimal cost. The rate of recovery depends upon the severity of the case, and how religiously a patient adheres to the treatment protocol. With proper treatment, it takes between one and five years for a complete recovery, but vast improvements in a patient's quality of life can be expected much sooner.
Is Decaffeinated Really A Healthy Choice?

Update Notice: We are no longer certain that the Swiss Water Method of decaffeination is safe. For now, our recommendation is to entirely avoid decaffeinated teas and coffees.
Decaffeinated drinks have been touted as a healthy alternative for several decades at the behest of the chemical industry, but these drinks are often more dangerous than the unmodified versions.
Early decaffeination efforts were abruptly terminated because of the toxic solvents that were used in the process (benzene, chloroform, and trichloroethylene). Of course, the F.D.A. is okay with benzene being inside your soft drinks (Coke, Pepsi, etc.), where it can be found in remarkably high amounts, and inside all of your microwaved foods. Money from its industry partners makes all the difference. In the early days of decaffeination, the new industry was not lucrative enough to buy F.D.A. safety studies.

Foods that are G.M.O. (genetically modified organisms) are always grown using modern, non-organic farming methods. The combination can easily become less nutritional than a diet of processed carbohydrates and cola.
There is a means to differentiate the good produce from the Frankenfoods in U.S. retailers, despite the fact that the F.D.A. does not require that G.M. (genetically modified) foods be labeled in any way that would be easily understood. This is, of course, intentional.

You should be afraid of us, according to the F.T.C.. Watch this video to see why.
It is obvious who is afraid, and they ought to be. My favorite part was when the narrator told us to be especially afraid of the word "Natural", because after all, chemicals and radiation are safe for the body. Then he tells us to ignore the testimonials of people who have experience with alternative medicines, because actually paying attention to the factual histories of previous trials is somehow unscientific. We have come to call this unique version of science, F.D.A. Science. With this type of science, facts are only facts when they are the right facts (wink) -- the ones good for business.
How MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) is Hidden in Your Foods and its Antidote, Taurine

If monosodium glutamate (MSG) is as safe as its food industry proponents claim, then why do they consistently labor to hide it from us with deceptive labeling?
Many readers will be thrilled to discover that there is an effective, all-natural antidote for MSG poisoning called taurine. It is an amino acid that is naturally produced by the human body. Also known as L-taurine, it is found in proteins, and it is added to many energy drinks, due to its stimulating effect. Taurine supplement capsules can be found in health food stores, and they should be kept ready for MSG or heart emergencies. It effectively neutralizes MSG and it helps to regulate the pulse. The earlier that it is taken during a time of exposure to MSG, the better that it works to neutralize the MSG. If at all possible, it is best to take taurine just before MSG consumption, but please note that we would never recommend the consumption of MSG, even when there is taurine available to neutralize it. Conversely, MSG neutralizes the taurine already present in the body, which is largely its method of causing heart attacks.

There are 30,000,000 men who experience erectile dysfunction (impotence) in the United States alone. Most are over the age of forty. This is not being mirrored to the same degree in other countries, which affirms that E.D. is not simply a product of aging, or even a particular disease state. It is a product of the unhealthy American lifestyle. Sexual stamina is usually the first thing to go whenever serious health problems begin to develop. This means that sexual problems, such as erectile dysfunction, are usually the first symptoms of other more serious health issues. Conversely, great drive and performance are among the best indicators of excellent health.
The Worst Restaurant Of The Year Award Goes To Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC)

Kentucky Fried Chicken is perhaps the only restaurant chain that will keep an employee who urinates in the food, as in the case of worker Casey Diedrich of Omaha, Nebraska. The toxic canola oil fumes provide yet another reason to avoid KFC altogether.
KFC has long been known as an unhealthy place to eat, but most assume that its most unhealthy attribute is the frying. Unfortunately, this is far from the case. Frying in hydrogenated oils with trans fats is indeed a terrible practice, and the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) is trying to sue KFC for making their customer's arteries "extra crispy". As common as this is though, KFC could not win our award based on this alone.
