The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has a patent for, Genetically Engineered Swine Influenza Virus and Uses Thereof (patent #8124101). It was filed in 2005 for approval. The makers of the human variant of the swine flu virus waited until the patent was finally approved in January of 2009, before unleashing the virus into the wild. The makers of the swine flu vaccine had begun the lengthy patenting process long before the swine flu supposedly existed, which means that the outbreak was no accident, and the virus is clearly not natural. Patents only apply to man-made items, and natural things cannot be patented. The virus conveniently went public only after its vaccine patent was approved, after patiently waiting 3 years for that to happen. The pandemic was declared just five months after the patent was approved, in June of 2009. The tremendous hysteria following the outbreak was promoted by the same groups who had invented this genetically engineered virus. The word "invented" was actually used to describe the virus in the patent application.
The patent application states:
"The present invention relates, in general, to attenuated swine influenza viruses having an impaired ability to antagonize the cellular interferon (IFN) response, and the use of such attenuated viruses in vaccine and pharmaceutical formulations. In particular, the invention relates to attenuated swine influenza viruses having modifications to a swine NS1 gene that diminish or eliminate the ability of the NS1 gene product to antagonize the cellular IFN response. These viruses replicate in vivo, but demonstrate decreased replication, virulence and increased attenuation, and therefore are well suited for use in live virus vaccines, and pharmaceutical formulations."
This human-infecting variant of the virus was not first discovered in the wild. It was invented. Without genetic engineering, animal viruses seldom infect humans, because human DNA varies too greatly from animal DNA. There were rare cases of cross contamination with certain diseases, such as cow pox, but these infections require contact with the animal and are not contagious between humans. This has been the situation throughout almost all of history. That is until animal viruses were given biotechnology and biowarfare industry help.
The patent ownership is claimed by the Mount Sinai School of Medicine (New York University), St. Jude Children's Hospital, and the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture. Under the inventors section of the patent are listed:

Why would an attenuated (weakened for the purpose of vaccines) genetically engineered virus exist, and then be patented prior to any outbreaks in history -- when it doesn't even exist outside the laboratory? When we first reported on the swine flu in our audio show, we mentioned the implausibility of it having occurred naturally. For swine flu, avian flu and human flu, DNA cannot naturally mix without destroying themselves. It does not happen in nature.
If the patented version of the swine flu virus now being put into vaccines failed to be identical to the version that is now being found in humans, then it would be completely useless for creating immunity. Therefore, since the above patent is for a genetically engineered virus, the virus that spread throughout the population had to be genetically engineered in an identical fashion, and it must have originated from the same facility.
The very existence of the patent demonstrates that it was intentionally produced for a commercial endeavor. The only question that remains is, was this germ warfare attack against the U.S. public accidental, or intentional? Considering that they had this vaccine ahead of time, and then coordinated a media cover-up yields a depressing answer to this question.
This virus became weaker the longer that it existed in the wild. It was initially killing a lot of people in Mexico, but then the virus quickly mutated, and it became much less harmful. Due to the virus' rapid mutations, the swine flu vaccine is ironically unlikely to be helpful against current strains. What was initially unleashed upon the public was horrific, and the weakening of this virus through natural mutation was never intended by its manufacturers at the medical schools, and within the U.S. Government. The fact that this virus essentially neutralized itself over time is an indicator that God has not yet completely abandoned us.
