Special Investigative Report: Debunking The "Health" Products That You Thought Were Healthy

We're about to tell you exactly why we're so serious.

Deception is rampant in the food industry, and as a result, typical retailer shelves are full of products that are marketed as having health benefits, despite the fact that most of them are more damaging to us than the "unhealthy" products that they replace.  As a general rule, you should beware whenever you see labels such as "diet", "sugar free", "fat free","no trans fats", "flax", or "with omega 3".  These are booby traps.

Because of the F.D.A.'s unique way of redefining terms to benefit an industry that will happily poison and deceive us, none of these terms usually mean what a reasonable person would suspect, when they are seen on food labels.

For instance, "sugar free" commonly means that real sugar was replaced in the product with synthesized sugar alcohols, which increases a victim's blood sugar levels and harms health even more than standard sugars do ― so you would be actually getting more sugar with some of the "sugar free" products.  Yes, "sugar free" frequently means "more sugar and more dangerous".  We call their word games 'F.D.A. science', for they like to pretend that it is.

Another example is how omega-3 cannot be heated, processed, or even exposed to oxygen without losing all of its benefits, and transforming into a rancid substance that causes cancers; so always beware of "added omega-3" labels, for it is impossible for it to still be omega-3 when the food product reaches the shelves.  Note that naturally occurring omega-3 is never a problem.

Yet another example of the deceit is how all the artificial sweeteners in diet products cause obesity at a faster rate than standard sugars do.  We know that another "zero calorie" cola will soon get to its chemical work inside of someone's body, whereby its neurotoxic excitotoxins will produce extreme carbohydrate cravings by tricking his body into believing that it is experiencing an emergency sugar crash, so that the victim will actually soon intake many more empty calories, due to the chemical chain reaction.  At least the drink itself was "zero calories", right?  In the past, you may have found yourself irresistibly tearing into a loaf of bread and a bowl of pasta after drinking one of these colas, whilst you tried to understand why you could not stop yourself.  Now you know.  If you are a diet cola drinker, you should feel especially cheated and betrayed.  You must also stop drinking them before they cause you to develop a brain tumor; another common "side effect" that they also neglect to mention.  They likewise forget to mention that the sodium benzoate from those drinks is not really the salt that we are supposed to believe that it is; but a benzene derivative.  We just couldn't make this stuff up.

We have compiled the following list of dangerous retail health frauds.  We recommend avoiding all of the following.

Diet Foods: Weight loss is a $35 billion industry, and if diet products ever worked, it would not stay that way for long.  Around 45 million Americans go on a diet each year, who are desperate to lose weight.  The problem is that commercial diet products actually make people fatter in the long term.  Diet products frequently contain monosodium glutamate, artificial sweeteners, and aluminum compounds.  These all cause their victims to gain weight.  Aluminum is a heavy metal that accumulates in the body.  More fat tissue is produced as a defense mechanism, for a body stores toxins in fat cells that it cannot expel.  Most Americans (64%) think the government requires warnings about side effects on weight loss products, and 54% believe the products are approved for safety by the F.D.A.  Neither is true.  If you really want to lose weight, try a diet that is Health Wyze.

Infant Formula: About two years ago, we went searching for the most unhealthy item available at local grocery stores.  To our great shock, infant formula was the most toxic food item sold in retailers.  We made a video (see below) in which we actually repeated the full manufacturing process for infant formulas, with all the standard ingredients, and put it on Google video.  We knew that we had to spread the word, because people are poisoning their children at an age when children are the most vulnerable.  This would not normally find its way into a list of health frauds, but infant formula is the only diet for some children out there.  It is everyone's responsibility to protect them.  Especially make certain that soy-based formulas (or anything else made with soy) are always avoided, or they will have long-term consequences for the child.  Soy is especially destructive to females.

Decaffeinated Products: Decaf products have a long history of being taken off the market because of their toxicity.  First, the industry used benzene and chloroform to remove caffeine, but these ingredients were later reported to have been highly toxic (as if they didn't already know that beforehand).  Next, dichloromethane became popular in the 1970's.  It was believed to be 'less toxic', but was eventually proven to be carcinogenic too.  Of course, that also surprised all the regulators, who experience selective amnesia about their chemistry educations.  Nowadays, coffee beans are usually soaked in solvents, which include methylene chloride and ethyl acetate (nail polish remover).  Should we really be drinking this stuff?  Sure, only trace amounts remain in the coffee beans, but you nevertheless need to choose if avoiding naturally occurring caffeine is worth the long term risks of cancers and other diseases.  We strongly recommend against choosing any decaffeinated products.

Chewing Gum: "It's sugar free.. helps to prevent plaque.. helps to break bad habits.. strengthens the jaw.. is a weight loss aid!" These bogus health claims have been promoted by gum manufacturers, but the F.D.A. is not going to attack its beloved Trident Corporation anytime soon.  Besides having deplorable artificial sweeteners, chewing gums contain a secret list of ingredients that are disguised under the title 'gum base'.  Gum Base is a trade secret that frequently includes everything from talc (banned on baby rears) to PVA (carpenter's glue).

Diet Drinks: Soft drinks contain massive amounts of sugar, and knowledge about this is already widespread.  Diet drinks provide what people believe is a healthy alternative.  However, their artificial sweeteners have side effects which include brain tumors, and Parkinson's disease; just to name a few.  Research has shown that they effect a body's ability to metabolically manage calories.  This is one reason why artificial sweeteners lead to extreme weight gain in the long term.

Turkey Bacon: Regular bacon is bad enough, but people choose turkey bacon as a healthy alternative.  These people have never read the ingredients, and are unaware that turkey bacon usually contains far more additives.  It is not uncommon for turkey bacon to contain both M.S.G. and canola oil.  These are completely unnecessary ingredients, which are not present with regular bacon.  Truly healthy turkey bacon can be purchased at some health food stores, but make sure that you read the ingredients, regardless of where you buy from.

Sometimes, it appears that the chemical industry makes "healthy" food items intentionally toxic to ensure that we stay overweight, diseased, and sick; so it can then sell us the pharmaceuticals to perpetually treat the resultant diseases.

Fruit Juice: Fruits are healthy.  Apparently, this still needs to be said, since certain pharma-friendly news sources have been reporting about the purported dangers of sugary fruits.  Natural sugars do not have the same effects as refined sugars, or the chemically extracted high fructose corn syrup.  Pure, organic, chemically unprocessed, and natural sugars, like those from pure cane juice, fruits, and honey are actually extremely beneficial to the health, and that goes for diabetics too.  Natural sugar is an absolute requirement for curing diabetes, in fact; but you'll never hear that from the F.D.A., A.M.A., or the American Diabetes Association.

Amazingly, the food industry has managed to make fruit juices toxic in some cases.  When drinks are made from concentrate, they are frequently mixed with tap water.  Thus, drinking these juices is just as harmful as drinking fluoridated and chlorinated, municipal water.  In addition, some brands add high fructose corn syrup to their products (as if fruit juices were not sweet enough), or they add regular processed and chlorine bleached sugar.  For a thorough explanation of the major problems caused by high fructose corn syrup, we recommend watching the documentary, King Corn.  We'll give you a hint: heart disease, diabetes, and of course, cancer.

Fluoride: This is literally a toxic waste product from the aluminum, nuclear, and fertilizer industries; and the waste product is exactly what is used in municipal water supplies.  There is not a special high-purity fluoride for toothpastes and our water.  It is the industrial waste product that is used.  It literally is nuclear waste, in some cases.

Fluoride is poisonous enough alone, but what is used is full of impurities.  Sometimes it is radioactive too.  Fluorine gas from a super volcano is widely believed to have wiped out all the dinosaurs world-wide, in a matter of days (or less).  Fluoride has been proven to cause cavities by studies examining the people with non-fluorinated water against those with fluorinated water.  Those with pure water virtually always have lower rates of cavities and other dental problems.  We found those statistics on a governmental website, but strangely enough, the American Dental Association does not publish such studies.  Those findings only make sense since fluoride weakens the immune system, kills the beneficial bacteria of the mouth, and neutralizes the calcium needed for maintaining the teeth.  Fluoride does not make teeth "strong".  It makes them brittle, which is almost the opposite of strong.  It can also directly induce cavities by causing pitting in the enamel.  Fluoride can stain the teeth (fluorosis) and damages the bones (ie. causes brittle bone disease).  Of course, there's that cancer thing again too.

Non-Stick Cookware: Before I began studying alternative medicine, I had no idea of the dangers of PFOA (the chemical coating on non-stick pans).  I did not know that when a bird inhales the toxic PFOA fumes from a heated non-stick pan that its lungs will ulcerate, and then it will suffocate in its own body fluids.  This is the effect of inhaling either polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) fumes.  Birds were used for centuries as an early warning system in mines, because they rapidly die whenever they are exposed to poisonous gases.  For all the dirty details, and to read about the dangers of non-stick pans and non-stick cookware, read our article, Even Better Than Canola Oil: Home Cooking With Perfluorooctanoic Acid and Polytetrafluoroethylene

Aluminum Pans: Aluminum is a cumulative heavy metal toxin, and particles of it may become part of the foods being cooked, due to mechanical friction with the utensils being used.  Do not use metal utensils in aluminum cookware.

Margarine: Introduced to prevent heart disease, margarine and other butter substitutes is the reason why heart disease is the #1 killer of Americans today.  The hysteria surrounding butter was created in order to make way for a new industry of artificial hydrogenated oils.  The public was deceived, and too many people still believe that margarine is the answer to obesity and heart disease.  Instead, margarine is a major cause of them.  Read our God's Nutrition article for an explanation of the flaws in the lipid hypothesis, which is the disproven theory stating that saturated fats and cholesterols lead to heart disease.  Like in the case of diet items, chemically engineered fats perpetuate the very diseases that we were told they would prevent.  Again, it is just a little too convenient for this scam to be accidental, especially since the studies disproving the theory have always greatly overshadowed the original one (from the 1950's); which by the way, is still used by the A.M.A. to prove that a body processes the new chemically engineered fats better than natural, organic, food-based fats.

Fish: Fish should be one of the healthiest food items available, full of omega-3 and loaded with nutrition.  However, a massive percentage of the fish that is currently available is farm-raised.  Wake Forest medical school's research concluded that the omega balance in farm-raised fish is massively disrupted, to favor dramatically increased omega-6 oils.  This actually makes the fish harmful when consumed alongside a typical Western diet.  Tilapia (the most common fish) is cheaply fed on genetically modified corn, and is typically imported from China.  Considering their past history with poisoning our products, we should not trust them with our food supply.

Condoms for S.T.D.'s: The belief that condoms will prevent sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy is being perpetuated throughout school systems as if it were an indisputable fact.  However, condoms cannot reliably prevent most of the common S.T.D's, including genital herpes (HSV), human papillomavirus, chlamydia, syphilis, chanchroid, and trichomonas.  Condoms are only partially effective for the H.I.V. virus, which is not the assurance that most people seek.  People generally believe that condoms are 100% effective for combating these diseases, but this is far from the truth.  The unreliability of condoms has been known since a 2001 investigation by the U.S. National Institutes of Health.  A problem with quality control occurs when manufacturers transport condoms in extreme temperatures, as this causes the latex to expand, leading to larger holes.  Diseases can readily pass through the holes in condoms that pass the usual quality control tests.  For more information, reference the article, Lies From The Public Education System About Safe Sex.

Sunscreens: Designed by the chemical industry to supposedly protect us from the evil death rays of the sun, sunscreens contain active ingredients which are known for causing cancer and D.N.A. mutations with light exposure.  There is a reason why those who spend more time in the sun have higher incidences of skin cancer, but it's not because of the maligned U.V. rays.  Of course, everything should be done in moderation, and sunlight is testament to that.  Nobody needs to be told that getting sunburned (especially regularly) is not healthy, but the chemicals that people rub unto themselves to protect them from this perceived threat results in much greater dangers.  The sun will not cause genetic mutations that will plague your children and grandchildren, but sunscreens can.  Their chemicals are absorbed through the skin, directly into the bloodstream, completely bypassing the normal digestive reactions which attempt to filter toxins.  See our article, Sunscreen Lies and Cosmetic 'Trade Secrets' or Why You Ought To Be Concerned About What You Are Rubbing On Your Skin for a full account of the dangers of sunscreens, and which types you should make a particular mental note to avoid.  It's worth noting that thousands of people die each year from conditions like skin cancer, because they have not had enough sunlight.  Sunlight produces chemical reactions, which in turn produce natural, healthy vitamin D3, which is second only to vitamin B17 in its anti-cancer properties.  It means that sun radiation comes with its own antidote, as is usually the case for dangerous substances in nature.

Salads: One of the first things that people do when they are trying to eat well and be healthy is start consuming salads.  However, lettuce actually has very little nutrition; and what's more, the dressings that people buy are toxic.  Almost every commercial dressing contains soybean or canola oil as its base, and is full of chemical additives.  Salads can be healthy, however.  We encourage you to add organic raw baby spinach, and be aware that the flavor that spinach became infamous for only occurs whenever it is cooked.  Raw spinach has very little taste.  Always make your own dressings.  With some recipe searching, they are easy to make.  We have some salad dressing recipes already available. "With Flax or Omega-3": Flax seed oil is a major source of Omega-3 supplementation, so food manufacturers have been cashing-in on what they see as "the flax craze".  Flax seed oil is something that we recommend when it is cold pressed, properly distributed in light resistant and air resistant capsules, and it is protected from temperature extremes.  All of this is necessary to keep the flax oil stable.  If these precautions are not taken, then the flax oil quickly becomes a nutritionally useless, rancid, and carcinogenic oil.  It is better to get no flax seed oil at all than to get some that has been mishandled.  A person might as well be consuming benzene if he consumes rancid flax oil.  Therefore, all the processed flax products that you have been seeing, such as breakfast cereals, are horribly bad for you, and they are likely to increase your chances of both heart disease and cancer through extreme inflammation.  We also recommend generally avoiding flax flour and packages of flax seeds, which may have been in storage for years, while going rancid the entire time.

Of course, the manufacturers have done the research, and already know this, so please help us put these bastards out of business.  You may have noticed that such products are even being sold at Whole Food's Market.

"Calcium Enriched": Be wary of foods which advertise added calcium.  Excess calcium is a leading cause of the illnesses that we are experiencing in epidemic proportions today.  Contrary to what you may have been told, very few people need extra calcium, with the exceptions of young children and pregnant women.  For the proper utilization of calcium in a body, the body needs vitamin D that comes from sunlight, and adequate amounts of magnesium.  The synthetic types of vitamin D, like those which are added to milk, are almost useless.  Thus, diseases which are bogusly blamed upon calcium deficiencies, such as osteoporosis and brittle bone disease, are usually caused by fluoride that neutralizes calcium, pharmaceuticals causing malnutrition, sunlight deficiencies, M.S.G. that depletes magnesium, and general magnesium deficiencies.  Read product ingredients to beware of 'calcium phosphate' and 'tricalcium phosphate'.  These are made from ground-up bones, and we honestly do not know where they get those bones from.  We do know that these compounds are usually imported from China, so for all we know, they could be the powdered bones of Chinese political dissidents.  Monocalcium phosphate, on the other hand, is obtained minerally from rock, and is completely safe.

Homogenized Milk: Heart disease is the leading cause of death in America, and part of the reason is the milk that we consume.  This connection has been studied since the 1960's after the hypothesis was put forth by Dr. Kurt Oster, M.D..  Minnesota Wellness Publications published a book titled, "Bypassing Bypass" which explains how to prevent and eliminate heart disease.  They also summarized the relationship between homogenized milk and clogged arteries.

"XO (bovine xanthene oxidase) is used by calves to assist them in digesting their mothers’ milk.  It is bonded to the fat in the milk.  The homogenization process releases it from the fat, and in humans it oxidizes fats in our blood and damages our arteries.  The debate is over.  Fifteen-year-olds who are heavy milk drinkers have arteries that resemble those of their grandparents."

Antacids: The antacid industry is yet another one based on fraud, which causes the very condition it claims to fix in the long term.  Excessive stomach acid is not really the cause of indigestion or heartburn.  Instead, such troubled stomachs do not have enough acid, so they churn violently to make the best use of the limited acid. This causes cramp-like pains and back-flows into the esophagus of the existing acid.  Antacids seem to work because they weaken the acid even further, to make the resultant back-flows less painful.  A more logical approach is to give the stomach the acid that it really needs, so that it can relax.  Take some apple cider vinegar when you are experiencing indigestion, and you will be amazed.  The stomach is supposed to be acidic, and the body has an inverse pH relationship with the stomach.  If the stomach is not acidic enough, then the overall body is acidic, which is a state that diseases thrive in.  This means that there can be extreme consequences to using antacids in the long term.  Read our article, Why You Should Use Apple Cider Vinegar Instead of Antacids or Baking Soda for Indigestion and Heartburn for more information.

Mouthwash: Mouthwash is completely useless for cleaning the teeth.  Instead, it kills all of the bacteria in the mouth, including beneficial bacteria.  As a result of its extermination of the beneficial flora (bacteria), yeast-based bacteria will multiply faster, making you far more vulnerable to bad breath, sore throats, and cavities.  Let's not forget to mention that many brands of mouthwash contain excessive amounts of fluoride, which sinks through the walls of the mouth into the blood, and has the same disastrous effects.  A healthy person does not have yeast overgrowth in his body, and therefore, does not have bad breath.  For more information about this, read Naturally and Holistically Curing Allergies By Eliminating Candida. Remember that you will always get much better results if you treat the cause, instead of just suppressing the symptoms.

Aspirin: For decades, aspirin has been promoted for the prevention of heart attacks, but this too was based on fraudulent science.  The study that showed a connection between aspirin and reduced incidences of heart attacks used aspirin that was buffered with magnesium (Bufferin) to get the results that they desired.  Magnesium is actually able to prevent heart attacks, but this has no relationship to aspirin.  Aspirins not buffered with magnesium have no effect whatsoever on stopping heart attacks, so patients would be wiser taking a magnesium supplement instead (or spinach).  Not only do regular aspirins not help to prevent heart attacks, but they also lead to internal bleeding, the formation of ulcers, and aneurysms in the patients that it is supposedly saving.  Read The Lie of Aspirin Preventing Heart Attacks for the complete truth about aspirin.

Soy: That soy-based 'superfood' that you eat is virtually always genetically modified, and is so toxic that even insect pests refuse to eat it.  Soy is naturally toxic, and must first be 'processed' before it can be eaten; and even then, it has a profoundly negative effect upon health.  It can cause birth defects, vascular dementia, inhibits the absorption of zinc, causes early puberty, endometriosis, and all other hormone-related conditions.  For a full list of soy's (and canola's) health risks, see Toxic Cooking Oils Redux: Lies and Deceptions Of Cooking Oils and Their Labeling.

Prologue

The overall pattern is utterly unmistakable, and if we seem paranoid then it is only because they really are out to get us.  The overall situation reminds us of the original Batman movie, when everyone was trying to uncover the Joker's chemical combinations that were tainting consumer products, and killing everyone.  If you doubt that there is a conspiracy, then you should spend some time researching how the F.D.A. redefines the meanings of common food terms for corporate-friendly labeling: always at the expense of poisoning us.

The greatest lesson to be learned from this article is that you are solely responsible for your own health.  Despite all of the marketing and propaganda coming from the mainstream media, you should constantly remind yourself that those people will not pay your medical bills.  Trust those who have nothing to gain from lying to you, read the ingredients, and make informed decisions.  Be health wyze.
