Ingredients

  • 6 organic chicken breast
  • 1 12 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup finely ground parmesan
  • 12 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 12 tsp. thyme
  • 1 12 Tbsp. basil
  • 1 12 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. curry
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • Butter

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken into pieces. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Melt butter in pan. Coat chicken in butter, roll in breadcrumb mixture, then place on a cookie sheet. Cook for 20 minutes.

Notes

We recommend our sweet and sour sauce for this. Kids love it. It's like a McDonald's meal, except it is much tastier and completely healthy.
