Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 16 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 rounded tsp. chili powder
- 1 rounded tsp. cayenne pepper powder
- 1 heaping tsp. paprika
- 6 Finely chopped jalapeños
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a sauce pan over medium to low heat, and mix until all of the ingredients are nicely blended together.
Notes
To make normal (non-spicy) nacho cheese, reduce the cayenne pepper powder and the jalapeños.
