Being Healthy is Becoming a Recognized Mental Illness

Print
This poor gentleman is experiencing the effects of organic vegetables.

When I first came across Amelia Hill's article in The Guardian, I assumed that it was a joke.  It explains that healthy dieting is a symptom of a serious mental illness.  She wasn't joking.  Moreover, some of her colleagues agree with her.  Regardless of the lack of intentional comedy, we thought that her findings were hilarious.

"Refusing to touch sugar, salt, caffeine, alcohol, wheat, gluten, yeast, soya, corn and dairy foods is just the start of their diet restrictions.  Any foods that have come into contact with pesticides, herbicides or contain artificial additives are also out."

There is an increasing number of such 'mentally ill' people, who do not wish to consume pesticides and artificial additives, and other food items which have been shown to be damaging to health.  Yes, we're all crazy.  Entire professions, restaurants and retail stores have been created to accommodate this epidemic of deeply disturbed people.  Perhaps new psychiatric institutions will be opened soon to provide troubled patients with Pepsi and Dorito's as therapeutic medications.

Was Marijuana One of the Christ's Healing Herbs?

Print

High Times Magazine did an expose on everyone's favorite messiah, concluding from historical records that cannabis (eg. "marijuana") was one of the medical plants that the biblical Jesus used in his healings.  It is a fascinating read, and it perhaps exposes a conspiracy that has lasted for millennia to deprive us of knowledge of his true medical practices and teachings.  Remember that the Christ was known as 'The Great Physician', and that the Roman Catholic Church demanded an absolute monopoly on healing and historical records, until very recently.

From the article we have:

"This holy anointing oil, as described in the original Hebrew version of the recipe in Exodus (30:22-23), contained over six pounds of kaneh-bosem, a substance identified by respected etymologists, linguists, anthropologists, botanists and other researchers as cannabis, extracted into about six quarts of olive oil, along with a variety of other fragrant herbs. The ancient anointed ones were literally drenched in this potent mixture.

The Swine Flu and The Laws of Probability

Print

You can either be a conspiracy theorist nowadays, or you can be a coincidence theorist; and in the latter case, you will sooner or later have to stop ignoring the laws of probability.

Take for instance the "swine flu" (first seen in 1976).  Only the people who were vaccinated for it died, except for one guy undergoing military basic training who died of fatigue.  Every other unvaccinated person just experienced a normal flu.  There was more hysteria then, and people actually bought into it.  This version supposedly combines the D.N.A. of three unrelated species in the bird, animal, and human kingdoms from... get this... 3 separate continents simultaneously.  It's a magic virus (wink).

In case you are a little slow in catching up, this can never happen in nature, and it never has.  This "swine flu" -- if real -- was engineered inside a laboratory by the same people pretending to protect us.

If you use the vaccine, be sure to have both a Will and Living Will prepared by an attorney beforehand, because it will likely have the same results as last time.  Whatever the vaccine is really intended for, you can be certain that it is not designed to protect us from any naturally-occurring virus, so there is a more insidious agenda at play.

See the related link below for more information, and to view the almost comical T.V. commercials from 1976, which were designed to cause mass panic in the U.S.

The H.C.G. ("hCG") Diet Scam Exposed

Print

In the 1950's, British physician Albert Simeons proposed that a hormone found in the urine of pregnant women could help to bring about weight loss. He believed that an injection of this hormone could allow people to survive on 500 calories a day, burn stored fat, and reduce appetite. Human chorionic gonadotrophin (H.C.G.) was tested extensively, but lost popularity until Kevin Trudeau wrote a book that advocated its use.

All studies on H.C.G. seem to follow the same pattern. Those who tested it alongside normal diets experienced no changes in weight, but those who followed Dr. Simeon's plan to restrict calorie intake to approximately 500 calories per day lost weight. Of course, it is really no scientific breakthrough to discover that starvation causes weight loss.

For some victims of this sham, the most bitter realization will be that this diet also relies on the placebo effect, as will be explained in the next section. To understand this upcoming point, readers must note that true H.C.G. is only available by way of a prescription in the United States, which is what first clued us into something about all of the Internet and retail offers.

Low Platelet Counts, Thrombocytopenia, and Pregnancy

Print

Platelets are responsible for blood clotting, and normal levels range between 150,000 and 400,000, but a drop is common during pregnancy. The drop is generally ignored unless it goes below 116,000. Poor testing procedures, in which there is too long of a delay between when blood is drawn and when the testing actually occurs, is a known problem that produces entirely bogus test results. It is common. Thus, it is wise to take at least two tests before making any radical medical decisions concerning the results.

Chlorophyll Supplementation

Print

Chlorophyll is what gives plants their green pigment. It is also responsible for channeling the sun's rays into chemical energy for photosynthesis in all plants. Photosynthesis is the transformation of carbon dioxide and water into useful carbohydrates and oxygen. In human beings, chlorophyll is one of the few substances that pulls more oxygen into the cells, while simultaneously protecting all of the cells from oxidative (free radical) damage.

During the 1950's, it was used in certain U.S. toothpastes, due to it being only toxic to harmful bacteria and yeasts, such as candida. It was a remarkable breath freshener that also stimulated gum repair in people with gum disease. The Colgate company had its own line of chlorophyll toothpaste. There was also Palmolive's chlorophyll soap for enhanced beauty and improved skin complexion. These products worked better than their modern equivalents, because they came before products were required to use toxic chemicals to preserve them for extremely long shelf life. It was before the poisoning of the public was required by official regulations.

Super Toxin Methyl Iodide In Your Strawberries and Poisoning Xylitol

Print

While we have no qualms with reasonable and wise conservation efforts, environmentalism crosses a line when it places human health second to the earth. That is exactly what is happening in California, where the pesticide methyl bromide is being phased out due to its damage to the ozone. It is expected to be replaced with methyl iodide, one of the most controversial pesticides in existence. Methyl iodide is so reliably carcinogenic that it is used in laboratories to induce cancer in test animals. Some toxins will increase one's chances of cancer, but this stuff guarantees it.

Holistically and Naturally Treating Migraine Headaches

Print

Migraine headaches are caused by inflammation, and effort should be made to ascertain the cause, so that they can be prevented. The causes are almost always dietary, and the main aggravating factors are listed below.

Aggravating Inflammatory Factors

  • Monosodium glutamate (MSG)
  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Magnesium deficiencies *
  • Homogenized milk
  • Unhealthy cooking oils
  • Stress

The Health Endangering Fraud of Nozin Nasal Sanitizer

Print

The Truth About NozinDo you get tired of being lied to?  We do.  It is perpetually astounding how deceptive the health industry is, and its deceptions often have murderous consequences in the long term.  Sometimes we feel like giving up in this health information war, but knowing that we have readers relying on us for the truth keeps us going, despite the nauseating charades that we must wade through to find the truth.

Being advertised everywhere on the Internet is Nozin Nasal Sanitizer.  It is another chemical product cunningly being purporting as scientifically validated, and inferred to be natural.  We've heard these before, and any doubts about the truthfulness of these claims can easily be verified by the difficulty in finding the ingredients list.  Why would they hide the ingredients of this "safe", "scientifically proven", and "homeopathic" product?  Feel free to take the 'Find The Ingredients Challenge' at their website, which will eventually remind you of the old 'how to keep an idiot busy for hours challenges.

JAMA Admits that Chemo and Radiation are Likely to Cause Death

Print

Reuters has surprisingly reported some scientific findings that are not usually released to the public.  These findings demonstrate a consistent correlation between childhood exposure to medical radiation and cancer drugs with having extremely high premature death rates.

A recent study by Birmingham University (England) concluded that those who have cancers as children, and manage to survive treatments, have extremely high chances of premature deaths.  After monitoring 18,000 childhood cancer survivors,  the university documented that these people tended to die early from a range of ailments including heart attacks, strokes, and of course, new cancers.  Premature deaths were 11 times more likely than for the general population.

Why Women Pay Dearly for Cesarean Sections for the Rest of Their Lives

Print

The Internet is flooded with women who desperately attempt to lose weight following childbirth. The worst cases involve women who experienced cesarean sections. Most women are able to lose the majority of their pregnancy weight, except for the last 20 pounds. However, there are less fortunate women who retain almost all of it, and practically all of these women have had cesarean sections. This is due largely because of the muscles (and sometimes nerves) which were cut during surgery.

The butchery involved can make it impossible for a woman to return to her previous figure. Women who have C-sections never receive warnings about this from their doctors. In fact, these surgeries are usually presented as being safer, and with fewer complications than vaginal births.

How Doctors Cut Short Phil Collins Musical Career, and Why He Shall Never Drum Again

Print

Photograph of Phil CollinsYoung people need heroes, and today's young generation sadly lacks them. One of my heroes from the 1980's was Phil Collins. I admired Collins not just for his musical gifts, but also because he was a member of the rock and roll elites who managed to hold onto his soul. Even in the 1980's, this was no small feat for a successful musician. Phil was on par with the best of the best, and yet he did it without becoming a drug addict, was never into Satanic stuff, and he never gyrated on the stage half-clothed. I know of no other successful entertainer of equal talent with comparable character. These things made him a giant amongst his peers.

The Eating Disorder That We Have Shared Since The Beginning

Print

People in the United States, and all over the world have created an "eating disorder", which is routinely portrayed by the Food Network as entertainment (Knoblauch, 2008).  Cultures all over the world have placed so much importance on food that it is no longer the way to stay healthy, fuel our bodies, and live: it has become a status symbol.

The Supplementation Problem and Our Supplement Recommendations

Print
Megafood VitaminsMegafood, maker of yeast-based (fermented) vitamins, partners with Dr. Andrew Weil, which should come as no surprise. Why don't they feature pictures of the rotting yeast on the label instead?

We are constantly asked by readers which vitamins they should use.  For years, we have recommended that people choose food-based vitamins, because they have the potential to be much safer, and much more readily absorbed in the organic form.  However, we recently re-evaluated the multi-vitamins that are available, and came to the depressing realization that things have drastically changed since our original research. The changes in the supplement industry happened at a very fast pace.

The food-based vitamins that are currently available are actually worse than their synthetic counterparts.  Almost all of the food-based vitamins that we recently evaluated were fermented in yeasts and bacteria.  Usually these were genetically engineered yeasts and bacteria to make them toxic enough to accelerate their pathogenic life processes.  This manufacturing is a way to cheat using bacteria and yeasts to break the foods down instead of using chemicals.  In actuality, neither the process nor the end product is natural or food-like.  The biotechnology industry found a way to trick us all into making genetic engineering a part of our "natural" supplementation.  We wrote this report because we have had repeated calls from people who were having allergy problems or sicknesses that increased with increased multi-vitamin usage.  In every case, it was caused by one of the multi-vitamin products that was allegedly food-based, but which was not actually made from foods.  A diet of yeast will, in fact, attack the immune system to make both allergies and illnesses worse.  These so-called "multi-vitamins" are worse than no vitamins at all.

A Dangerous Pharmaceutical Espoused as Alternative Medicine: Dichloroacetic Acid (DCA)

Print

DCA is called dichloroacetic acid, dichloroacetate, and dichloroethanoic acid by chemists. It is essentially chlorine that is mixed with oxygen and acetic acid. This poisonous chlorine compound has been found in the tap water of some municipalities, which is something that even the World Health Organization has expressed alarm about. This toxic contamination occurs because bleaching agents are used to disinfect our drinking water. Oxygen would disinfect water better (e.g. hydrogen peroxide), and it would actually produce health benefits.

Curing The Blistering Skin Condition Known As Milia

Print

What Is Milia?

Milia ImageMilia is a skin condition that can happen to anyone at any time in life. It is most often seen in newborns, and it can be expected to rapidly disappear in these cases. The biggest problem with milia occurring in infancy is calming panicked parents, who do not know how harmless and temporary it is. Milia may not be so temporary when adults get it. In fact, these unsightly blister-like bumps can sometimes be permanent for adults without intervention.

Milia visibly manifests in tiny blister-like protrusions on the skin. This condition can occur in anyone, regardless of age, sex, or race. The type seen in infants usually disappears over a brief period, but the adult version can be a long term cosmetic problem. This condition is not dangerous, and it is officially unknown if there is a relationship to another underlying condition. Milia is one of the most misunderstood of all health conditions, but in itself, appears harmless by all reports.

Curing Celiac Disease Using Holistic Naturopathic Techniques

Print

Celiac disease effects about 3,000,000 people in the United States, and it becomes more prevalent each year. As with practically all modern epidemics, lifestyle and diet are very closely related to it.

Celiac disease needs not be as horrible as the medical establishment portrays it to be. It is easily treatable and completely curable, with minimal cost. The rate of recovery depends upon the severity of the case, and how religiously a patient adheres to the treatment protocol. With proper treatment, it takes between one and five years for a complete recovery, but vast improvements in a patient's quality of life can be expected much sooner.

"I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work and dedication to trying to educate others on topics that seem to be hush-hush.  I am a 25 year old mother of a 2 1/2 year old daughter.  My husband was in the Army (thus of course vaccinated) and I was fully vaccinated as a child.

"When I was pregnant with my daughter, we researched natural childbirth and decided on the Bradley Method.  We decided to have a home birth, chose a home birth midwife, but still saw a OBGYN.  Big mistake.  I was found to have GD, then was "required" to take NST twice a week and they wanted to put me on insulin.  After much research and 1 horrible NST I was done.  I refused insulin (my GD was controlled by diet they were just afraid my numbers would get worse), refused to do any more NST, refused to let them induce me at 38 weeks (cause they were afraid my baby would be too big) and was subsequently dropped as a patient at 35 weeks pregnant.

Video: Cancer is a Fungus (Not Exactly)

A reader recently contacted us, requesting that we watch two videos and provide our opinions about them. The issue is too complex for us to simply agree or disagree, so we're going to tackle the issues presented in the video, one at a time.

First of all, it is obvious that English is not Tullio Simoncini's primary language, so he may not be making his points as well as he would like to. There are several points in the video where we had to guess what he meant, due to language issues.

Is Decaffeinated Really A Healthy Choice?

Print

Update Notice: We are no longer certain that the Swiss Water Method of decaffeination is safe. For now, our recommendation is to entirely avoid decaffeinated teas and coffees.

Decaffeinated drinks have been touted as a healthy alternative for several decades at the behest of the chemical industry, but these drinks are often more dangerous than the unmodified versions.

Early decaffeination efforts were abruptly terminated because of the toxic solvents that were used in the process (benzene, chloroform, and trichloroethylene).  Of course, the F.D.A. is okay with benzene being inside your soft drinks (Coke, Pepsi, etc.), where it can be found in remarkably high amounts, and inside all of your microwaved foods.  Money from its industry partners makes all the difference.  In the early days of decaffeination, the new industry was not lucrative enough to buy F.D.A. safety studies.
